I really find it shameful that there are still Lebanese who throw their garbage on the streets and litter everywhere they go, and I partially blame the municipalities and authorities for that. Just take a look at this warning issued above and how it was hung randomly on an electric pole by the municipality. I once had a car in front of me filled with people who were eating bananas the whole drive all i saw was banana skins being thrown out the windows i think they threw like 15 banana skins the time i was behind them. It was so disgusting. Its not that hard to keep a bag in ur car for trash and than throw it away in a garbage bin. People are shameless in this country. Agree with the comments. I also hate littering and I found this practice more and more frequent with time. However, when it come to cans, plastic or glass waste, this annoys me a lot. This practice existed in Lebanon in the past Pepsi, coca, Almaza… but was dropped as is the case with many good practices Tram, trains, bottle refunds, forest guards….
