Taking to Instagram, the 24-year-old fitness model shared an X-rated video of herself shaking her peachy posterior amid a tropical backdrop.

Known for often sporting racy ensembles, Tammy opted for a thong bikini brief teamed with a black swim crop.

The cheeky display comes after the Saski Collection owner shared that the secret to her impossibly tiny tummy is a gruelling four-step workout plan that targets the body's entire core.
In a series of clips shared to her fitness Instagram account last Sunday, the Gold Coast mother-of-two flaunted her flat tummy in midriff-baring activewear as she performed several exercise drills at the gym.

Over the past five years, Tammy has become an Internet sensation thanks to her dramatic body transformation and 'clean eating' lifestyle.
Speaking to New Idea in 2017, Tammy revealed she trains three to five days a week and prefers a combination of HIIT, weights and cardio.

She also emphasised the importance of eating protein-rich food and complex carbohydrates to maintain her flawless physique.
'For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn't consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,' she said.
Tammy, who is the daughter of Australian film director Mark Hembrow, has two children of her own - daughter Saskia, two, and son Wolf, four - who she shares with her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
