Based on what she said in an interview, her first video appears to be Bobbi Starr (2006) from WaterBondage, released March 30, 2006.

Picked the clarinet in middle school, hated it, and picked "a better instrument," the oboe, in high school.

[on whether being in the porn industry is degrading to women] I don't feel degraded because it is my decision. I know that if I did ever feel degraded or feel uncomfortable, all I need to do is say no and it would stop. I don't think something where women have so much control in the situation can be considered degrading towards women.

I think some people recognize my butthole before they recognize my face.

Something I find really amazing about porn is that the girls aren't rail thin, they're real women. Porn stars don't starve themselves. Porn stars think, "Maybe if I eat this piece of cheesecake it will go straight to my ass, and then I'll get hired for more butt movies". And actually, the girls who are super skinny don't sell well, because people want to see bodies bounce. They want to see flesh--something to grab onto and suck on. Like, I don't want to stick my face in somebody's bony ass, because it will hurt my face, you know?

Beautiful, intelligent and musically-gifted Bobbi Starr arrived on the porn stage in 2006 at age 23. Born April 6, 1983, in Santa Clara, California, of Italian and Hungarian descent, with three other siblings, Bobbi grew up around music and singing--her mother was involved in the church choir and drama programs. In later years Bobbi attended San Jose State University, earning a music degree. Eventually she met someone who introduced her to the adult film business but it wasn't until a year later she finally decided to get involved in it. Her early efforts in the industry include bondage and submissive-based scenes, before she expanded into broader and more diverse areas. During the course of her career she has worked with various studios, including Red Light District Video, Combat Zone, New Sensations and Evil Angel. She also appeared as a finalist on the reality show "America's Next Hot Porn Star", a program similar to America's Next Top Model (2003). Bobbi has an interest in pursuing a study in pre-med, as she wishes to eventually become a gynecologist due to the lack of female gynecologists in the adult entertainment industry.
