OK I this morning I self-dared myself to approach a bikini barista and offer her $40 to flash her boobs. Approaching the coffee stand, it occurred to me that I didn't even want to see boobs as I much as I just sought some kind of thrill from asking to see them. So I pulled up to the window nervous as fuck, and after hitting the coffee stand with my side mirror, ordered a latte from an attractive 23-year old ish looking girl. After signing my receipt and handing it back, I said "I have a question." She said "what?" I said "will you flash your boobs for $40?" Omg jesus wow I actually fucking did it. She cracked a slight smile and said "ha...no...I can't." I bid her good day and drove off quickly embarrassed as hell. As I drove away sipping on a $5 lattee I didn't want, feelings of intense shame began to come over me. I did this because I assumed the baristas in this business are used to it and that it is even expected, but after looking it up online I found out that it may actually legally be considered a form of prostitution. Were my actions today inappropriate? Am I even guilty of sexual harassment? I am sorry I did it :(

Time and place. If in Vegas or Miami and in the appropriate licensed venue, okay. If not, indecent exposure laws come into effect, and businesses do not wish to be liable for any sort of litigation. As for social etiquette? I think it's passable if you're a very amicable gentleman who's drunk enough that the message came out in a comical way, "Darling, you're my favorite cup of tea" , or "Hey gorgeous, do you have a snapchat?" . If it's a straight up proposition from a quiet person, then well. Yeah.
Thinking about it again. Yeah, you're not the only one.
Yes you behaved in a creepy manner. But, you realized it and felt bad about it. That's a god thing! It means you are not actually a creep; you just made a bad judgement call. We've all done that. Hell, I told a co-worker I wanted to sleep with her, to her voicemail, while I was drunk. Baaaad judgement.
Learn from it. Grow. Don't beat yourself up too much. And.... maybe find a new coffee place.

Would you ask a woman at the McD's drive through counter that? or you just asked the coffee barista because she was scantily clad.
The only thing inappropriate here is your public self-flagellation. Men don't have to feel guilty about such things and sure as hell shouldn't display such guilt where women could see it. Put a more positive spin on the story and tell it at the family holiday dinner table the next time you're over at your mom's. You'll feel much better.

Bikini baristas gave sexually explicit dances using a stripper pole, and let customers touch their bare breasts, a ccording to charges filed by prosecutors.
Carmela Panico, the owner of several drive through espresso stands called Java Juggs, has been charged with lewd conduct after police allegedly filmed workers pole dancing and performing sexually explicit acts for tips .
The stand, one of three owned by Panico near Everett, Washington , was allegedly equipped with a floor-to-ceiling stripper pole.

Prosecutors also filed misdemeanor charges against six of her employees, the Seattle Post Intelligencer reported.
Charging documents describe a nine-hour police video that allegedly shows Panico, 49, and an employee doing pole dances, flashing their breasts, and letting a regular trickle of early-morning customers touch and watch them for tips.
Undercover police monitored three coffee bars owned by Panico for months using covert surveillance techniques. The charges relate to only one stand.
Panico, clad in hot pants and a cropped shirt, was seen sitting on a window ledge and spanking herself, prosecutors said.
Police also allegedly recorded her clasping a man's face to her breasts and allowing men to put tips in her bra.

One worker was seen pulling her bikini top aside and rubbing herself, prosecutors said.
One barista said that that she and Panico used to dance at 'Rick's', a strip club in the area, charging papers show.
One undercover officer 'Detective Frausto,' paid $20 for a coffee from a barista in a tiger-print, string bikini.
'Are you a naughty boy?' she asked him, according to prosecutors.
Frausto said yes. The barista turned up the music, slid her bikini top and bottom around, climbed up the pole, and did the splits, prosecutors said.

On another occasion Frausto bought coffee from a different barista. He gave her $10, but the barista allegedly said, 'I can't give you any flashes or anything today.
She offered to give the money back and explained that another barista had been fired for dancing naked in front of an undercover cop, charging documents said.
A third time, he bought coffee from Panico, giving her $20 and getting a dance involving some pole-grabbing and butt-shaking, prosecutors said.
She allegedly confirmed she had previously fired a barista for doing a naked pole dance.
'She claimed she did not want any 'lewd' behaviour at her stands and wanted to be informed of it,' prosecutors said.
