The study reported is an attempt to describe the drug use among the youth in Baguio and Benguet The drugs most commonly used by the youth in Baguio and Benguet are marijuana, heroin, amphetamine and barbiturates. Thus, marijuana is a drug of initiation since the drug is both widely available and acceptable to the youth.
