I received this item today. Upon opening the package everything looked good however, when I removed the sticker that was placed on the tumbler it removed some of the paint. I am disappointed in the packaging of the product. I have not tested out the tumbler to see if it keeps my morning coffee hot for a decent period of time. I will do a follow up review for that.

Poor packaging

Keeps my coffee hot as long as its needed to be. Just make sure the lid is on securely. Have had a few drips because the lid wasnt on correctly, and have gotten aggravated because I couldnt get it secured the first couple tries but it is a secure fit and as stated, keeps my coffee hot! LOVE them!

I needed a new travel mug that would keep my coffee hot throughout my commute. This cup is perfect. While it is metal on the inside, there is no metal taste when drinking the coffee. I am extremely pleased.

My mug is supposed to hold heat for hours. Mine only stayed hot for 2 hours. Dissappointed

The Positives: 1. This mug keeps coffee very hot. 2. Exterior resists damage. The Negatives: 1. The lid doesn't snap open, it often flops onto your nose when drinking. 2. The lid leaks. It doesn't snap shut. 3. I was sitting and dropped the mug to the ground (2 feet). That minor fall, shook loose metal (welded material?) inside the mug and now it rattles around when using the mug. Very disconcerting. I contacted Asobu about replacement with their Lifetime Warranty, but they "don't cover failure due to damage". I will not purchase from this company again.

Cute mug and LOVE how big it is. That being said, it is definitely not leak proof and you're lucky if it keeps warm for more than a couple hours. If you're just looking for a casual tumbler or you drink really fast, then this would work just fine. If you need something you can throw in your purse or sip on all day, I highly recommend you keep looking.

The lid is no good

The lid is no good, the rubber used to seal the spout was stained after one use from coffee. It also doesn't stay open, it flips back at your lip when you drink out of it (like a Tim Hortons lid) Dropped it from about 2 ft and a small part of outer tab broke off. The plastic lid is not very durable.

Good Product

Keeps heat in really well. Enjoy making hot chocolate in the morning before work and I don't always get around to my drink till mid-day, but its still hot! Didn't keep my boyfriends coffee hot for an overly long period of time, but still impressed. My only complaint is that the lid is too hard for myself and my boyfriend to take off sometimes. I go to unscrew the plastic lid to clean it and it tends to get stuck and stick.

Was an okay cup. After a few months use the flip pc on the lid would no longer stay open but flip down as you drank from it. Dropped the cup yesterday and the lid snapped in half. Now the hunt to find a replacement. Will not purchase another one.

Hot or Cold AMAZING

We have the large water bottle version of this as well as i got this one and it keeps my drinks hot and cold for a long time which is the best for moms who forget their coffees :)

Wanted a tumbler that was stylish; yet, kept my coffee hot for a couple of hours. Very stylish;however, completely failed on keeping coffee even warm for 30 minutes. The flip top lid hits you in the face every time you take a drink. Also difficult to handle. Very slick finish on outside. Needs to be textured or something.

Doesn’t hold heat

Disappointed. Doesn’t hold heat nearly as well as it claims. Within 4 hours my tea is warm, not hot.
