I had booked with Andy very easily after a recommendation from people that used the company before, unfortunately my cruise had to be cancelled after informing Andy he immediately asked for my details and refunded me immediately. What a great customer service experience, this was just before all the corona virus business happened. The service we got from Andy was absolutely exceptional, we booked 2 tours with Andy sadly we had to cancel both as our cruise ship the Norwegian Jade was unable to dock in Vietnam. Andy was the first to tell us about the problem, even when NCL were keeping us in the dark. He was unfailingly polite and courteous and gave us our money back instantly rare servi
