In 2010, Farokhmanesh and the 9th-seeded Northern Iowa Panthers were giant-killers, having already stunned #1 Kansas in the second round. But with just 34 seconds left against Kansas, clinging to a one-point lead, Farokhmanesh did the unthinkable—he pulled up for a DEEP three instead of running clock.

The Jayhawks were DEAD. The Panthers advanced, and Farokhmanesh became a folk hero.
