The model appeared in an advent calendar of models exercising in their underwear
Not all advent calendars are created equal. Yours might be an assortment of tasteless chocolates. LOVE TV's, on the other hand, is an assortment of videos featuring models doing "workouts" in lingerie for the first 25 days of December.
Day 17 featured none other than Alexis Ren—the workout being, of course, all about glutes.
Ren opens the video by declaring it to be "butt day," then proceeds to move through a series of glute exercises while wearing high heels and some very cheeky lingerie. The workout itself is anything but impressive—it features mainly an assortment of deadlifts that would benefit from some form corrections and a few dumbbell front squats. Of course, the point of the video probably wasn't to provide a great glute workout .
If the name "Alexis Ren" isn't ringing any bells, here's a quick refresher . Her Instagram account, filled with everything from her posing in lingerie and bikinis to workout videos, boasts 11 million followers. She was recently named a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2018 Rookie, and as far as we can tell, the 20-year-old California native is well on her way to becoming a household name in the modeling industry.
Although we don't think this particular workout was exactly the best glute day, there's no denying that Ren knows what she's doing and certainly does not have weak glutes . Her love of fitness has led to her creating her own line of workout apparel, and she posts regular videos of her actual workouts—sans lingerie and heels.

Model Alexis Ren truly inspires people in the emotional arena, which is — to be honest — somewhat rare for a bikini-wearing Instagram sensation . Body goals, yes, but healthy mentality? Yet Alexis Ren does it.
Alexis will post a photo of herself in a bikini so small it gives the word tiny new meaning — and fans will say things like: “pretty bonkers how your outer beauty is THAT insane and still not remotely close to how beautiful your mind, soul, and heart are.”

And yet with only 600K-plus views, this 4-pic series, so sultry and magnifique, still hasn’t yet enchanted quite as many of her followers as that incredible photo of Alexis crushing a tiny bikini in French Polynesia.
Of recent Alexis posts only this remarkable dancing pose has won more likes than that tiny bikini in French Polynesia.
