At their modern workshop in Chesham Urban Front design and manufacture steel reinforced front doors, internal feature doors and garage doors all in a contemporary design. Their contemporary doors come in a range of design styles and are available in six hardwoods: European Oak, Iroko, American Walnut, Funed Oak and Wenge. All doors can be coloured any choice of RAL colour to suit the client’s tastes depending on the building design. All garage doors can be manufactured to match, creating a uniform appearance across the face of a building. They specialise in oversized and flush doors up to impressive sizes of 1.5m x 3m and can be operated on a pivot or 3D hinge. Their range of door designs includes the E98pasive which is certified by the Passiv Haus Institute in Germany. These door sets can achieve a Uw value of 0.8W/m2K for use on eco housing and Passiv House accredited schemes.
All Urban Front doors are timber made with internal steel reinforcement and high security locks for absolute security. The type of timber used is a carefully considered design choice by the clients, Urban Front are available to offer design advice with all timber options on show at Sky House Design Centre. There are no standard sizes! Each door set made by Urban Front is bespoke manufactured per project to create a unique and purpose made entrance way for your home. Integrated side lights or over lights can be incorporated into any of their door sets with full aftercare package and advice given.
