Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary is a unique setting that can accommodate many special events in your life! Pathways wind throughout our wooded landscape while our charming animal residents provide up-close education and entertainment. Rentals range from an intimate morning breakfast with your special group of friends to a gala event encompassing the entire zoo for your guests to enjoy. Create lasting memories for your child with a party held on the Canine Patio. Wolves, deer, and zebus (miniature hump-backed cattle) are close by for all to view. Parties include: Zoo entry for up to 30 guests (additional guests $5/each), patio rental for two hours for up to 30 people, tables and chairs, 15-minute animal presentation, and an arts & crafts project. You provide your own food, drinks, utensils and decorations. (Balloons, music and alcohol are not permitted inside the zoo). Canid Patio Capacity: 60 Cost: $249 for 2 hours – Payment is due at time of booking. Amenities: Gift Shop, playground nearby, restroom nearby Event Types: Birthday parties Available: Saturday & Sunday (except in December) Enjoy a private rental on the bear deck in the morning before the zoo is open to the public. You bring breakfast for you and your guests and we’ll provide the bears. Sit with your friends just inches away from our black bears and watch them forage for their breakfast on the other side of the glass wall.
Rental includes 30 minutes behind-the-scenes tour of the bear exhibit (minimum age 10). For groups with participants under age 10, an animal presentation is provided in lieu of the exhibit tour. Tables and chairs for up to 20 people are provided. Depending on your group size we can create various “up-close” animal activities to make your visit even more exciting. Plus $10.00 per skater for adults and children alike and $1.00 off skate rental. *50-99 people- $100 for 2.5 hours in the Party Tent. Plus $10 per skater (adult or child) for one skate session and $2.00 off per ice skate rental. *100-150 people- $100 for 2.5 hours in the Party Tent. Plus $10 per skater (adult or child) for one skate session and Free ice skate rental. *although groups over 50 are welcome to rent the tent, please understand that space will be limited. Cancellation Policy: If bad weather closes the ice rink, you may rescheduled to another date or have a full refund. The rink only closes for extreme weather.
