Catering, Beverage and Serving Utensils FAQsHow long is your rental period?A typical rental period is 3 days however, some venues require same day delivery and pick up.What's the difference between full delivery and setup vs. curbside?With full delivery and setup our trained professionals set your rentals completely up at your venue. We make sure everything is in good working order and put in the proper place. With curbside deliver, your rentals are dropped at your venue and you must set them up, tear them down and get them back to the drop off site for pick up.




Do you have more/different rentals than what we see online?We are constantly updating and expanding our rental inventory. We can also use our arbors in different configurations that what you might find on our website. .What areas of the Emerald Coast will you deliver to?We will deliver rentals throughout Okaloosa and Walton County. We offer a full line of chairs, tables, tents, lighting, staging, dance floors, arbors and party equipment for that special occasion. At H & M Tent and Party Rentals we can set-up for a child’s birthday with 10 children, or a lavish reception or gala for 500. Not only do we offer a full line of services, we are also able to make changes to an order in half the time it takes for our competition, since we are local and located on the beaches of South Walton. This saves time, money and most of all gives a sense of comfort to our clients. H & M Tent and Party Rentals has done various events along the Florida Emerald Coast including festivals, concerts, weddings, home owners meetings, gala openings, grand openings, celebrity receptions, fund raisers, just to name a few. No event is too small or too large. We are now offering holiday lighting and decor services.
