In the Queen and King sizes, you can customize each half of the mattress to suit the sleeper. Changing your comfort level is simple, just unzip the cover and swap the top layer for another layer of your desired firmness. To ensure your comfort satisfaction, the mattress comes with one complimentary layer exchange (excluding shipping) within 90 days of purchase.

Quick and easy assembly; The core, casing and comfort layer can be individually replaced. A mattress pad is recommended to prevent surface stains. Spot clean or dry-clean cover. Shipping: Our mattress is made to order and typically ships within 1-3 weeks. The mattress is shipped in multiple boxes via UPS or FedEx Ground. For the mattress foundation, please allow an additional 7 business days to ship. Please contact us for expedited shipping, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada or white-glove delivery service. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed. The mattress encasement, as well as each layer, will typically come in its own respective box.
If you order our white glove delivery service and setup, your order will be shipped via common freight carrier. Damaged Shipping Policy: Any products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Coyuchi must be notified within 72 hours in order to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers. Orders Refused on Delivery: If you refuse your order upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), you will be responsible for the outbound shipping cost of $150 and any return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately before the item is shipped. Spot clean as necessary with a solution of cold water and mild natural soap. Allow to thoroughly air dry (out in the sun is best as this will also help disinfect and freshen).
Do not wring or twist the moisture out. Also, do not machine wash any component of the mattress as this will likely lead to extreme shrinkage. Dry cleaning is also not recommended.
