We recommend ordering your custom mattress 1" smaller in length and width to allow room for sheets and bedding. There are not any toxic flame retardants in our custom mattress foams. Custom size mattress material, such as memory foam, is more durable than natural latex. Memory foam is always layered over a firmer support foam when making a custom mattress. For example: you can use 2" of memory foam for an inexpensive custom mattress and use 3"–4" of memory foam for more deluxe comfort. The total thickness of the entire custom size mattress will be the sum of the base foam and the memory foam. For those on a budget we can cut a simple piece of high density foam into a custom size mattress for your RV or truck. Our high density foams are available in soft, medium, firm, extra firm, and hard. You'll find that if we layer two to four inches of soft foam over three to four inches of firm foam your inexpensive custom mattress will feel extremely comfortable.
