I purchased this one from Wal Mart and had it shipped to my house. I then installed it in my new RV replacing a very cheap mattress. We let it sit for 24 hours before using. The first night was not very good. It was too hard and difficult to get comfortable. My wife and I thought that we should give it some time before we passed judgment. Two weeks latter and we both were ready to return it. The problem with returning is trying to get it back in the original carton is impossible so how do you return? This mattress is very uncomforitable and hard. My shoulders are in pain after spending a couple of nights on it. I am ready to bring it to the dump and buy something that we can try before we buy. My wife and I have used this mattress for a few months and LOVE it! Unpacking the mattress was easy and it only took a few hours to get to its natural shape and form. Also, there wasn’t any bad odor like some memory foam mattresses have. The mattress is firm, but very comfortable and provides a lot of support. After they left I ordered this mattress for the next time they come to visit. When it arrived I was amazed that a Queen Size mattress could fit in such a fairly small box.
I was easily able to haul it upstairs and take it out of the box. Once I cut off the packing plastic, the mattress took about an hour to fully expand. My high school son wanted to try it out first so we were easily able to haul it downstairs to his room where we placed it on top of his current mattress. When he woke up the next morning his comment was..."that mattress is freaking awesome!" I may have to purchase another one for the guest room since I don't think he's going to give it up easily! One feature I really like about this mattress is it has a zip-off cover for easy washing. The quality if terrific and I love the warranty. Glad I made the purchase!
