Recent medical studies have linked a good night’s sleep to better health, increased productivity, and weight loss. Other studies have found that sleeping on the wrong mattress can increase stress, affect your mental alertness, and cause weight gain and back issues. What’s more, after suffering on an inadequate mattress, your body tries to compensate by eating quick-energy foods such as sugary sweets, pastries, and carb-laden fast food. On the other hand, a quality mattress that meets your individual needs can improve your quality of life and help you accomplish your goals. Parklane Mattresses in Vancouver makes finding your next mattress easy. Come in and use our proprietary mattress finder, which sorts through all of our products to determine which mattress is right for you.
