This is part of the British Virgin Islands. I am offering a wonderful vacation apartment right near the water in Antigua's Jolly Beach (1 mile of pristine sand and water). It is a one-bed apartment with a modern full kitchen, a King bed (two large closets) and a fold out futon couch in the living room. A twin bed can be added to the apartment. The apartment accommodates 2 adults (bedroom) plus 1-2 children or a friend in the living room. The apartment has a large covered deck with dining table and chairs to eat or sit outside in a lovely setting. This is a magnificent gentle beach and a really wonderful Caribbean resort with 5 restaurants and countless activities. You can purchase from one to three weeks. Your reservation must begin on SATURDAY or WEDNESDAY, if you are reserving a full week, and you may use it any week in the season, if I can confirm availability.
Extra days may be possible. I am asking $980 for each week. Other expenses would include your airfare and food. There is a huge grocery store very close, and many restaurants in the area on the water, or several possible all-inclusive meal packages with the adjoining Jolly Beach Hotel. The area is well protected, and I feel very safe here and comfortable for me and my 15 year old son to take the nearby bus or taxi to shop or go sightseeing. Internet is spotty but works well at the internet office in the visitors area, where they offer computers for those who need to connect to home. Activities abound for kids and adults, and there is a huge pool right off the beach and a second smaller one that you can use at Jolly Beach. There are some beach chairs available to guests on Tranquility Beach, and chairs may be rented on the Beach at a reasonable price. Evenings are full of Caribbean bands, free entertainment, and casual dancing or just walk along the beach in your private paradise. Dress is INFORMAL at this resort.
I find this to be the perfect Caribbean vacation spot imaginable!!!!! RESERVATIONS For 1 WEEK MINIMUM beginning Saturdays or Wednesdays. If you want to upgrade to 2-bedrooms which sleeps 4-6 and includes washing machine, there is an additional $400 fee.Facilities at the Jolly Beach Hotel are immediately next door... such as pool, 5 restaurants and boating equipment. Some items at the boathouse are free and some require a fee. There is a tennis court. Bring your own racquet. Restaurants at the hotel are accessible but meals must be paid with daily, weekly or individual meal passes. Rates are reasonable and can include full drink package as well.As much as you choose!There is a convenient bus within 5 minutes. You can rent a golf cart nearby. You can rent a car or motor bike, if available. I personally take the bus or a taxi or share with others. It is very easy going.Feel free to enjoy all amenities of Tranquility Bay Resort and Jolly Beach Resort. Everything is within a five minute walk.
