It would be best if you could pack the items and then strap them to a pallet for safer transport. Freight alone without residential fees or lift gates will run you around $200-$300. Another option is to use a blanket wrap carrier. These are usually furniture delivery companies who fill the extra space on their truck with small interstate furniture shipments. Their minimums usually start around $350. Full service packing and shipping for a bed and a mattress will cost at least $600 and there are a variety of companies equipped to handle this including your local pack and ship stores. where you can compare options and select the best shipping company. BUT - truthfully, unless this is a real nice mattress and bed frame that cost you a few thousand bucks, the best deal is to just by a new one on the other end.
