Comfort Deluxe 3 Fold Foam Mattress

Comfort Deluxe Mattress - Swag Comfort Deluxe Mattress Camp Comfort Deluxe Mattress Double Comfort Deluxe Mattress Double Caravan Comfort Deluxe Mattress Queen Comfort Deluxe Mattress Single Comfort Deluxe Mattress Single Caravan 3 in 1 Foam Roller Airbed Durabeam Supreme Queen The term "camping" seems to have developed a very wide definition, which covers a full spectrum of comfort levels. At one end of the spectrum there is the people who like to "rough it". They will sleep out in the wilderness with nothing more than a few leaves and a plastic tarp for bedding. Then there's the other end of the spectrum where people think camping needs to include a full-size RV with a king size bed, fresh linen and a warm shower. At Outback Swags, we find ourselves somewhere in the middle. We want to be able to enjoy the outdoors and get back to basics, but we don't want to be eaten alive by creepy crawlies and we want to get a good night's sleep!

Our swag tents come with a 2 inch convoluted foam mattress which provides plenty of comfort and makes sleeping on the ground a nice experience. Our heavy duty canvas swags will keep you warm and toasty on a cold night. On a clear summer's night you can pull back the canvas layer and stargaze as you drift-off to sleep behind the protection of the mesh fly-screen layer. For some people (like me) as they get older the allure of sleeping on the ground loses its luster. After a long day exploring the outdoors its nice to be able to rest a weary body on a soft surface. So we have been playing around with some accessories to give your swag, "bed like" comfort. Twin Size Mattress Topper The first option to give you "bed like" comfort that we found was was a cheap twin size mattress topper from Walmart. This is a inexpensive option at around $8 that gives you a bit more cushion but it will make your swag bulkier when you pack it up. It fits great in the Pioneer Swag and is easy to add or remove before your trip if you know you will be sleeping on some firm ground.

You can find them here: Walmart Twin Size Mattress Topper Ozark Trail Deluxe Cot If you really want to pimp-out your swag then a cot is a great way to get you off the ground and really give you  "bed like" comfort. We checked out the Ozark Trail Deluxe Cot which is also from Walmart for about $60. It gives you plenty of comforting support and the detachable organizer is great to keep your essentials close by! Check them out here: Ozark Trail Deluxe Cot So if your looking for that extra bit of comfort, without checking into the nearest Holiday Inn! Then check out these options before your next camping adventure! Jump to: navigation, search One of the many ways to set up some brands of commercial, modern swags Rolled modern commercial swags In Australia, a swag is a portable sleeping unit.[1] It is normally a bundle of belongings rolled in a traditional fashion to be carried by a foot traveller in the bush. Before motor transport was common, foot travel over long distances was essential to agriculture in the Australian bush.

It is sometimes referred to as a "backpack bed". Swags have been carried by shearers, miners, the unemployed, and many others, some of whom would have been happy to have been called swagmen and some not. In Australia, the term swag is still widely used to refer to a tent or other portable shelter used for camping or outdoor sleeping. A modern swag is a waterproof canvas sleeping compartment that is sometimes insect-proof. All swags come with a foam mattress, and can comfortably be slept in with the addition of a pillow and sleeping bag.[] When rolled up the swag is relatively lightweight and compact, making it ideal for storage and transport. It is typically easy to erect, and roll up can be done quickly. Swags are still heavily used in Australia, by overlanders. There are still a large number of manufacturers actively making both standard and custom-design swags. The modern swag is designed for robustness and is marketed towards those travelling by vehicle – they are too heavy and bulky to be transported long distances on foot.
