From mirrors to tall elegant vases, Occasions is sure to have what you are looking for to help enhance the look of your extraordinary event! Occasions can supply you with linens to help create an elegant look for your wedding or special event. Whether you are looking for a simple satin ivory fabric or a bright textured hue, we are sure to have the fabric you need, in the color you want, with 140 + colors — keeping up with the latest trends. to dress up your tables. In addition to table cloths we offer napkins, table skirting, overlays and runners. All of which can be perfectly matched to chair covers and sashes. All linens are clean, pressed and ready to be placed on your tables or chairs.
Our rental period is 4 days (Thursday afternoon pick up, and return Monday by 2pm), allowing you or your family and friends time to pick up and return the items. Need delivery or pick up? If we are executing other décor elements, such as a ceiling, we will deliver items and pick them up when we do the ceiling etc. you’ve chosen. Or delivery pick up can be arranged for a fee. We offer a large selection of chair cover options to fit all chair styles. Base Colors are White, Black and Ivory (Custom Colors available upon request with pricing to be determined). Occasions always provides you the Head Table chair covers at NO COST. Fabric Options: Spandex Lycra is the most popular and the most requested. We offer fitted or unfitted styles. Linen: We offer 2-Pleat, 3-Pleat, and No-Pleat in Linen. They are a bit more expensive but the style is more formal and elegant. We offer Sashes, Runners and Overlays, in 140 colors and 5 fabric choices, to finish off the room. You’re sure to find what you are looking for.
We also offer Stretch Chair Bands in White or Black. We will find it for you. Prices may vary and shipping is extra if not stock items. Additional colors available upon request. Custom Chair designing upon request. This rental services includes pick up on Thursday afternoon, after 1:30pm, if you’re doing them yourself, or Occasions will install them for you. Our installation fee is $1.00 per chair cover, with tying of the sash included. Custom sash design is available! Our wedding designers will amaze you with our unique designs which include wedding site floral, bridal party bouquets, ceremony site floral, corsages, and much more! Your Toss Bouquet is always complimentary. We also offer silk floral options, if you prefer. Please call us to schedule a complimentary appointment to discuss your floral needs. Occasions ceiling team is talented and has worked in venues throughout the tri-state area. Every venue is unique. Our Base Pricing starts at $400.00 with 3 choices of style to choose from (price varies on the venue and logistics of the space). We work with a large variety of color and fabric options. At Occasions we will design the ceiling to fit the space and your budget. We can also provide ceiling décor with or without lighting. Customize your ceiling with the rental of our popular Chandeliers to add an extra element of elegance. We are also able to provide colored ceiling options when desired. Occasions also will custom color Chinese lanterns to match your décor! Ask about the newest option of our NEW Poly Satin ceiling draping for the most elegant ceiling option in the area. Book early to assure we have time for your ceiling design. Backdrops are a great way to enhance the look of your event and they can also be used to transform your ceremony into a beautiful reception.
Occasions can drape fabric in the color of your choice behind the head table at your wedding to create a beautiful background. Backdrop draping looks elegant behind your cake display or other areas in your venue in which you would like to create a more intimate space. Whether you are looking to dress up your event or cover up an unsightly area, backdrop draping can add an extra elegant touch!
