All event lighting rental orders get shipped out to WV and are guaranteed to arrive at least 2 days prior to your event date. Assuming your event is on a weekend [Friday, Saturday or Sunday], you will be receiving your lighting rental by Wednesday or Thursday. Drop the lights back off to any UPS pick-up location Monday or Tuesday after your event. A pre-paid UPS shipping label is provided for your rental return. We have limited lights available for rental, so please reserve early to guarantee availability. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit when submitting the rental agreement. But those venues are just what we know about....we've rented our bright, colorful lights to people hosting weddings, sweet 16's, birthday parties, anniversaries, holiday parties, proms, homecoming dances, new years eve parties, and plenty of other celebrations in the following West Virginia cities:Design the place setting of your dreams on line in real time.The Marriott was very difficult to communicate with. They seem to have heavy staff turnover as we were introduced to about 4 different event planners who would be "ours", and each time we contacted them we were told they quit. The hotel was nice enough to acknowledge our... I cannot say enough good things about our room block at the Marriot and our event manager Brian McClennan. Our room block rate was $99 and included internet, breakfast (which is amazing), and parking. Brian made every single change I asked for from adding people to the room...




The hall was beautiful, the service was excellent. Wedding planner was very polite and understanding but not very experienced. We were expecting up to 250 guests and so we felt it was a little overpriced for the actual support we got from the wedding planner. Everything we could have wanted and more! The Marriott was fabulous! They did everything we asked of them! Any question or concern or need we had, our event manager was there to get it for us. They let us do everything we wanted from having our dog in the ceremony to having bud light in our toasting glasses! Our coordinator did not tell me until I arrived at the reception that they put everything together in an hour and a half before the guests started to arrive but it was perfect. Everything was where I asked for it to be. We had some guests that had food allergies... My experience with the Marriott was wonderful. If you are willing to put up the money they do it all plus you get to stay at the hotel! They were very professional and all of my guest loved the food.
