The day was amazing and this was due to the whole team there. Professional, caring and helpful. Each part of our day went so very well. The wedding breakfast was delicious, all our guests said to us just how nice their meal was.
We hired people that take part in the weddings there regularly, from cake maker to invitations to pianist to DJ,thank you to all of them. The accommodation is excellent as well. We would like to make a special thank you to Jennifer who is superb! We would recommend The Rayleigh club to anyone who is looking to get married in lovely surroundings with a very professional team . The meal was fantastic and many of our guests commented on the amazing quality of the food. The staff were excellent - very well trained, polite and courteous but also friendly. Everything that we had asked for had been done from table decorations to helping with the evening entertainment. We also stayed in the bridal suite which was spectacular and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
I cannot praise The Rayleigh Club highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend it for weddings/ parties etcWe had the most amazing day of our lives By Leah & Matt, on 01 Dec 2016Date of Wedding - 20 Aug 2016 We got married at the Rayleigh Club on August 20th 2016. We had booked our wedding 3 years ago. The wedding was a Twilight Lords Package. Apart from the a couple of issues between the Lords Package and the Rayleigh Club package there was no problem. These were however resolved to our satisfaction. In the build-up the our wedding , all our coordinators were very helpful. On the day Jenifer was our coordinator. Great person to work with. Took the stress away from us. All staff working on the night was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful people. No job was too small. Everything went according to plan. We stayed in the Bridal Suite on the night of the wedding. Was a lovely and beautiful room. Very comfortable and everything you would want for a night’s stay, however I wasn’t happy with the price.
Overall I would definitely recommend the Rayleigh club to anyone looking to get married. Jennifer, you were amazing. You were a pleasure to talk to leading up to the day and made me feel really comfortable and on the day you were exceptional. You couldn't do enough for us and everything was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else in charge of our day. The food was excellent! And the bar staff I would like to thank too particularly the lady with the blonde curly hair as she went out of her way to ensure me and Chris always had a drink to hand, just a lovely friendly team. We really could not have asked for more. 10/10 for the rayleigh club as much as I'm glad it's all over I genuinely just want to do it all over again was truely the best day of our lives made perfect by the right choice of venue.
I cannot say thankyou enough! Since we first made an appointment to discuss booking all staff have been highly professional and on the day delivered all that was promised. The food was so good and all served hot and looking very attractive. The waitresses and waiters were all very skilled and attentive to needs of all our guests. Most of our guests had not been here before and all have been very complimentary about the food , service and venue and plan to revisit. We were treated to a hotel stay as a wedding present( thanks Smith family) and the room was very comfortable and decor very attractive. Breakfast was a real treat.

The day was a complete sucess due to the experitise of Jenny and Chloe and of course the kitchen and waiting staff. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The meal was excellent, with many favourable comments from our guests. We have used the Rayleigh club many times for coffee, drinks, lunches, breakfasts and many functions, it never fails to deliver. The service through the planning was amazing and whilst we were there the staff could not do enough for us. The Bridal suite of a the hotel was also large and clean with a great balcony overlooking the course, and we were told to forget the 10am check out time whilst we were there.Wedding By October 2015, on 14 Dec 2015Recently had our wedding at the Rayliegh club, lots of meeting before hand to make sure everything was in order as to how we wanted it on the day. Chloe done an excellent job decorating the venue with various bits we had supplied. On the day it's self we was allowed the keys to the bridal room 2 hours before original check in which was great and a lovely complimentary bottle of Moët was left for us. We had a few little issues on the day but nothing major and it was quickly corrected.
