Since we started out making headboards and mattresses over 25 years ago our aim here at Sweet Dreams has never wavered: we provide top quality products at the best prices with exemplary service. Our core operation continues to be the manufacture of divans and mattresses here in the UK and this is at the heart of everything we do. Over the years we’ve expanded our offer; for instance, we began the in-house manufacture of fabric upholstered beds offered in a selection of colours and designs. Importantly, we have also created a skilled British workforce who manufacture our famously wide range of divans and mattresses. Sweet Dreams is proud to have been one of the first companies to introduce side-opening ottoman divan beds to the market and we continually strive to release new innovative products. One of our biggest successes to date has been the launch of our British-made fabric upholstered TV beds, which were an instant hit on the high street. Our TV beds continue to be bestsellers.
We have developed our range year-on-year and now boast an extensive range of bedroom furniture for the home within our catalogue. In 2013 we invested £2million in a new, on-site warehouse facility to store our products, enabling us to offer express home delivery on many items. That year we also won Burnley’s Medium Business of the Year Award. In 2014 we were Highly Commended in the NBF’s (National Bed Federation’s) Bed Manufacturer of the Year Award as well as being awarded a Gold Standard from buyers’ group AIS. In 2015 we expanded our premises once again with the purchase of a Victorian mill. Our strength and focus have always been on providing a quality product with exemplary service. Our network of stockists nationwide give testament to how successfully we achieve our aims. We are extremely proud to have celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2013, which generated extra energy to keep us moving forward. We are continually looking to invest in machinery and in market research to enhance our products;
we have plans to extend the range and introduce more winners to the market in the future. We would like to thank all of our stockists in the UK and beyond for their continued support. We look forward to putting British manufacturing back on the podium where it belongs.How to Submit a Warranty Claim Your product must be under warranty in order to obtain warranty service.
