You will see several places right on the beach that rent lounge chairs, small table and beach umbrellas by the day. They set it all up for you. Very easy to spot so you won't have any trouble finding them. Not sure about the cerveza though.... We just returned Saturday and we had seen all of the lounge chairs set up on the beach w/ the umbrellas. We were about to rent some until they informed us it was $25 for the day. I dont care if i were a millionaire i would not pay $25 to rent a chair, anywhere. We went to Walmart, and bought 2 canvas 'fisherman' chairs, they are green collapsable chairs - not as low to the ground as the beach type chairs. They have little round drinks pockets in the arms, and cost $8.95 6 weeks ago. They can be used anywhere you want to park, we used them for the time we were there and disposed of them at the end of our vacation before flying back to the UK. We will do this again next time as well. TheGlee's has the right idea...head over to Wal-Mart on the mainland and get a few chairs...also pick up one of those foam coolers and pack it full of canned beers (glass bottles are a no-no), some bottles of water, ice and a few koozies...there aren't many (none that I can think of) beach club type places in Daytona with a full service beach...
You could park down near The Ocean Deck and cruise in there whenver you get thirsty if you don't wanna tote a cooler...I am sure some local would be happy to inherit your goods at the end of your stay (I would have been stoked!) One attraction mentioned in this post Ranked of 45 Nightlife in Daytona Beach Getting collapsible chairs and maybe an umbrella and table at Wal-Mart sounds like a great idea. The cooler's good too. Beer's a bad idea though. The beach patrol will quickly take note of that (tickets or arrests are possible depending on the time of year, but they'd probably just make you pour it out). I'm not even sure they'd notice glass. being originally from orlando and having just moved from daytona, we used to drink on the beach and disguise our beers all the time in koozies or those red plastic cups...i guess we were rebels...glass, although it may go unnoticed, is very dangerous if broken where kids might be playing and people might be walking barefoot...
