Three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large laundry room are also located on the first level. The bedrooms on the right and left each feature a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The bedroom by the billiards room offers two sets of twin bunk beds, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and access to the first level deck.
