However, they are building a pathway and this should not be a problem very soon. But would definitely stay there again!눇Staff are great, from reception to house keeping, make you feel right at home. They make all the difference! Location and facilities are also very good눇nice hotel and classy ,, the staff more than perfect . also the balcony view at sunrise with music and some coffee will be awsome .. 눉Location눇Stuff, kids club smell of the hotel 눉House Keeping and cleaning. 눉Housekeeping (everyday after they clean the room, once I'm arriving from out side, I need to call them and ask them to bring "tissue, toilet roll and shampoo"). I stayed there for 4 nights!! 눇there was a house keeping called Awais, he was nice and he has handled our request very well. 눉No slippers.눇Bed was very comfy. Shuttle bus to dubai mall. 눉Location is bad, surrounded by constructions, taxis get angry when we go to Dubai mall as it is so close but we can't walk..눇Cleanness, service and facilities 눉Very bad finishing of the floor + bathrooms New things but bad fitings + the construction around the area is bad bad bad눇The staffAll was very fine!눇I liked the very good Service of the complete staff/Management. Very nice, lovely and helpfull People. Furthermore it was very nice that we can checked-in at 10am, normally it was possible at 2pm. For the Check-out it was also possible to check out later due to our flight goes at 4pm. Thanks a lot to the Complete-Team of DAMAC-Maison Mall Street.
