👥💬 AVOID OFF-Topic, and too much discussion in the main group. Although we always welcome meaningful discussion and questions, still for EXTENDED DISCUSSIONS in which the majority of members may not be interested, for help-sessions, and for LIMITED OFF-TOPIC including festival greetings, etc, you may yourself take care to move the conversation to the parallel off-topic group 【 @AAPNationalPulseOT 】 so that quality (content) posts do not get virtually lost in the avoidable crowd of (other) messages. 😇

💥📣🚀 Although you will get good shareable content in this main group, and can share content here, but we generally post lots of EXCLUSIVE content on our channel.

🚦📮 Not all people may like private messages (pm) from strangers. So, you may generally want to ask group members for permission to "pm" within the group before contacting unknown fellow members (especially our sisters here).

🔗❌ We have never seen SPAM, CHAIN messages, and COMMERCIAL / PROMOTIONAL LINKS here, and we will continue to maintain standards of maturity like this only. 😊👍

🎭 STICKERS don't add value to a mature group. AVOID them. Our smart ROBOTS here don't like them either 😉, and will automatically delete 🗑 them swiftly.

🗑 Admins may (and often will), from time to time, SILENTLY CLEAN THE CHAT of less important messages so that quality content remains easily accessible to all.

⚒🛡 Admins (and our admin bots here) may WARN, temporarily REMOVE (="kick"; members can usually join again in such cases), MUTE, TEMP BAN, or permanently BAN members (only as the last option) if they find someone breaking rules, or otherwise affecting things negatively here.

🤖🤖 To make the task of adminstration easier, we are using some AUTOMATED BOTS. Such tasks include but are not limited to — welcoming members, automatically deleting any shared contacts, location, stickers, removing members who do not follow the rules, etc.

🤖🤖 Programmed bots can sometimes do unexpected actions due to wrong settings or otherwise, and cannot take the place of humans as admins. Members are humbly requested to REPORT to admins/moderators any UNEXPECTED ACTIONS by our BOTS. 🙏🏼

No chatting. (hello, hi, how are you, how are kids, uncle, aunty, etc). A public group is not the place for such personal talks. Use personal window for that. 😊

Bots will generally delete stickers, location, contact automatically.

Avoid sharing personal info in the group. If you need to share personal details with someone in the group, share with them in a private message to them.

When sharing photos related to an event avoid sharing too many similar photos related to the event. Share the best, and leave the rest. One or two, up to a maximum of 5 should be considered enough generally.

️📝 Last but not the least, please ADD some DESCRIPTIVE TEXT with media files (specially videos and document files) so that seaching the relevant content stays easy for all.

➡️ When sharing photos related to an event, please try to share SINGLE BEST PHOTO, or if really necessary, share a maximum of 5 best photos only as a PHOTO ALBUM (send once by selecting multiple photos together), and avoid duplicate or similar photos 🙂 🙂
