PosterBot is returned — free, fast, and with new features!

We are glad to inform you about the update of PosterBot, briefly — now you can use the basic functions of the bot for free, the speed of delivery of messages has increased at times. But first things first.

Connecting your bot

Now, to use PosterBot, you need to create your bot at @BotFather and connect it to PosterBot. Before connecting, do not forget to make your bot administrator of your channels — otherwise the bot will not be able to send messages.

This innovation allows us to speed up the delivery of messages at times, and also to save PosterBot from frequent hangs.

From now you can use 🎉 Reactions with your connected bot.

Authorization VK

Last week, we informed you about the new VK limits, which appeared in the API quite recently. For this reason, anyone who uses PosterBot to deliver messages from VK should be authorized in our Poster application, you can do it in the section ⚙️ Settings.

In addition, having authorized, you can connect to the bot closed groups and sources, to which you have access.

Delivery hours

In the section 📡 Messages Delivery in the source settings menu, it was possible to specify the time from which and for what messages from the source should be sent — this setting is called ⏰ Delivery hours. For example, you can make sure that messages are sent from 7 am to 21 pm.

Subscription

Among other changes, Premium was abolished until Subscription. The subscription price was reduced to 349 rubles per month (or $6).

Now you can add up to 35 sources with a subscription and up to 15 in the free version of the bot. In addition, the subscription will allow you to include sending audio from VK sources, and also reduce the delay of messages to 10 minutes.
