Why would I use PMB?

A last minute blocker is thrown, a new nearby player says they can help but they don't know the area. What do you do? Intel link doesn't help to much and getting a quick GMaps link (If they even use that) is difficult. In comes PMB. In a few seconds you can quickly provide a summary of the portal at a glance. In one post you get the portal name, image, Intel link, navigation links (Google Maps, MAPS.ME and Waze), the address, and coordinates.

How does PMB work?

In the chat box tag the bot then enter your search query for a portal, wait for the inline search tool to bring up the results, then scroll through to select the portal you want. Eg.

How does adding PMB help in groups?

By adding PMB to a group, it can automatically post portal summaries whenever an Intel link is posted.

How does PMB differ in a PM?

Tagging the bot isn't necessary (but it still works), just sending the bot a message, be it portal title, Intel link, coordinates or GUID will return a result. Note, when searching by title and there's lots of results in will only return the first 3 found.
