Here you find all frequently asked questions - I hope it will help you to understand how everything works before the purchase.

1) Short description of the store - what's included?

This is fully automated and configured dropshipping store - I set up everything that dropshipping needs. You don't need to think about required applications, pages for content and design of the store - everything is ready.

I have created 7 pages such as: Delivery, Privacy policy, Refund policy, Secure shopping, About us, Terms of service and Contact us.

Installed 8 applications such as: BEST Currency Converter (it allows to change currencies), Countdown Cart by Beeketing (makes customer think that product is limited and he should buy it right now or it will be unavailable + statistics how many people saw and bought concrete product), Free Persistent Cart App (if customer adds a product to cart and visits store from another device - it will still have this product in cart), Kit - made by Shopify (this application allows you to create simple ads for Facebook or Instagram related to your store automatically), McAfee SECURE (antivirus for the store), Product Reviews (customers can add reviews to products), Sales Pop by Beeketing (create pop-ups that show that someone bought something) and, of course, Oberlo (this is ultimate application for dropshipping - import and edit products to the store + order products from supplier in one click).

2) How dropshipping works? What is the process?

When someone makes an order - we go to Oberlo > Orders and click "order from AliExpress" - after that everything will be done by the application (buyer address and so on will be inserted automatically) and you just need to confirm a purchase - it's 10 seconds and it really looks like a magic.

3) Who is supplier of products?

All products are from the top AliExpress dropshipping supplier. All products have a lot of orders and good reviews from customers. You can check the supplier at Apps > Oberlo > Products > Click on the name of any product and you'll be redirected to the AliExpress product page.

4) How to add new product to the store?

To add new products you need to install Oberlo's Chrome Extension, find the reliable product on AliExpress, import it to Oberlo by clicking little blue button near the product (choose products only with ePacket delivery), then edit it in Oberlo (name, description, images) and finally send it to the store.

5) What is the markup? How much do I earn from each product sold?

Right now the markup for every product is 15$. The prices are changing automatically. For example, the price of product on the AliExpress is 10$, so in the store it will cost 10$+15$. If a AliExpress supplier changes the price to 5$, the price on the store will be changed to 5$+15$. You can change a markup in Apps > Oberlo > Settings > Pricing rules.

6) How can I change a domain? Where can I get it?

You can get the unique domain (without myshopify.com) directly from Shopify dashboard: Online Store >Domains. It will cost 14$ per year. When you'll purchase the domain - it will be connected automatically to the store without any coding. Quite simple and easy.

7) What kind of support do you offer?

I offer free technical support after the sale with no time limit. If something doesn't work - write to me and I'll do my best to help you.

8) How many sales do you have so far with this store?

This is a startup store and there were no sales. Nobody will sell already running store for so little price. You'll need to run ads and get traffic to start making sales.

The pop-ups that you see in the store are in demo mod. This is a tool called "Social Proof" (I created them in Sales Pop by Beeketing I mentioned earlier) . People are more confident to buy something when they see that someone else buys something from the store. When real customers will buy products - they will appear as well.

I'm Shopify designer and I make stores for beginners who don't have enough experience in building their own stores and for professionals who want to start another dropshipping store in a short amount of time.

9) How can I get traffic to start making sales?

There are two ways to get the traffic: advertising and sales channels.

For advertising you can use Facebook and Instagram or AdWords by Google. Also, I installed the Application called "Kit" by Shopify - it runs simple ads automatically.

Shopify also offers a tool called "Channels" - it means you can connect a store to Amazon, eBay, Pinterest, Wish and other sales channels to sell the products listed on the store on those big marketplaces.

10) Shopify recommends Escrow for the payment - why do you prefer PayPal?
