FIRST PAGE. Please subscribe to @Inspectorent first so you don't miss information about Hiring Talent and also information from our agency (will be checked).

SECOND PAGE. Using a [BA/CA/PA/FA] account and being the main talent account, we don't accept RP accounts and also fake accounts or side accounts.

THIRD PAGE. Prioritize intentions, have a professional attitude in any situation and to anyone.

FOURTH PAGE. Receiving male and female talents and accepting all talent positions such as dominant, switch and submissive.

PAGE FIFTH. Have a minimum age of 16 years and over, under 16 years are not allowed. And if the talent has availability in NSWF Thingy, it is confirmed that they are above 18+.

PAGE SIXTH. Can divide time between the rental world and the real world well and not during busy times.

PAGE SEVEN. Can mingle with other talents and admins and can maintain privacy with other people.

PAGE EIGHT. Willing to conduct interviews and training at a predetermined time.

PAGE NINE. Have experience or understanding in the rental world, just basic or something else.

PAGE TENTH. Enter no more than 3 agencies, including with @Inspectorent.

ELEVENTH PAGE. Having the availability of RL thingy & NSFW thingy is an added value.
