Naozumi's single "Ashita No Kioku" was used as an opening theme for Black Blood Brothers.
Touhou ProjectThe Touhou Project (Japanese: 東方Project, Hepburn: Tōhō Purojekuto, sometimes written in Japanese as 東方プロジェクト), also known simply as Touhou (東方, meaning "Eastern" or "Oriental"), is a bullet hell shoot 'em up video game series created by independent Japanese doujin soft developer Team Shanghai Alice. The team's sole member, Jun'ya "ZUN" Ōta, has independently developed programming, graphics, writing, and music for the series, publishing 19 mainline games and 13 spin-offs since 1997. ZUN has also produced related print works and music albums, and collaborated with doujin developer Twilight Frontier on seven of the official spin-offs, six of which are fighting games. The first five games were developed for the Japanese PC-98 computer, with the first, Highly Responsive to Prayers, released in August 1997; the series' signature danmaku (弾幕, lit. 'bullet curtain') mechanics were introduced in the second game, Story of Eastern Wonderland (also 1997). The release of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil in August 2002 marked a shift to Microsoft Windows. Numerous sequels followed, including several spin-offs departing from the traditional shoot 'em up format. The Touhou Project is set in Gensokyo, a preternatural land sealed from the outside world and primarily inhabited by humans and yōkai, legendary creatures from Japanese folklore that are personified as bishōjo in an anthropomorphic moe style. Reimu Hakurei, the miko of the Hakurei Shrine and the main character of the series, is often tasked with resolving supernatural "incidents" caused in and around Gensokyo; she is joined by Marisa Kirisame after the events of the second game. The Touhou Project has become more particularly notable as a prominent source of Japanese doujin content, with the series spawning a vast amount of fan-made works such as artwork, music, print works, video games, and Internet memes. Because of this, it has gained a large cult following outside of Japan. The popularity of the series and its derivative works has been attributed in part to the few restrictions placed by ZUN on the use of his content. Unofficial works are frequently sold at fan conventions, including Comiket, where the franchise has frequently held the record for circle participation, and the official convention Reitaisai, where trial versions of the official games are typically distributed prior to release.
PixivPixiv is a Japanese online community for artists. It was first launched as a beta test on 10 September 2007, by Takahiro Kamitani and Takanori Katagiri. Pixiv Inc. is headquartered in Sendagaya, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. As of January 2024, the site consists of over 100 million members, over 115 million illustration and manga and over 21 million novel work posted. Pixiv aims to provide a place for artists to exhibit their illustrations and get feedback via a rating system and user comments. Works are organized in an extensive tag structure which forms the backbone of the website.
Dwango (company)DWANGO Co., Ltd. (株式会社ドワンゴ, Kabushiki gaisha Dowango) is a telecommunications and media company based in Japan, headed by Nobuo Kawakami. The company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kadokawa Corporation on October 1, 2014. The company was spun off from a U.S.-based service offering online multiplayer for video games, DWANGO (Dial-up Wide-Area Network Game Operation), which was shut down in 1998. Dwango's majority shareholders until its merger with Kadokawa Corporation included Kawakami himself, Kadokawa Corporation, and Avex Group. Dwango runs the popular Japanese video sharing site Niconico. The company also is the 100% owner of the game developer Spike Chunsoft, which Dwango bought as the companies Spike and Chunsoft in 2005 when they were separated companies, before merging them in 2012.
Spike ChunsoftSpike Chunsoft Co., Ltd. is a Japanese video game development and localization company specializing in role-playing video games, visual novels and adventure games. The company was founded in 1984 as Chunsoft Co., Ltd. and merged with Spike in 2012. It is owned by Dwango. It created games such as the first five Dragon Quest installments and the Mystery Dungeon franchise as Chunsoft, and the Conception series as Spike Chunsoft. They also developed titles such as The Portopia Serial Murder Case, the Sound Novel series (consisting of Otogirisō, Kamaitachi no Yoru, Machi and 428: Shibuya Scramble) and the Zero Escape series as Chunsoft. Spike developed Danganronpa before the merger.

She is part of Hololive Japan's 3rd Generation, "hololive Fantasy". On 10 January 2024, she reached 3.01 million subscribers on her YouTube channel, making her the most-subscribed VTuber from Japan on YouTube, surpassing Kizuna AI; on May 5, 2025, she reached 4 million subscribers, becoming the second to do so after Gawr Gura from Hololive English. She is the most-subscribed active VTuber on YouTube worldwide, and the second most-subscribed overall after Gura in most metrics.
Kaf (singer)Kaf (花譜, stylized as KAF) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and virtual YouTuber represented by Kamitsubaki Studio. She is active on YouTube where she uploads original songs as well as covers of J-Pop and Vocaloid songs. Kaf's avatar was created by the character designer Palow, who continues to oversee updates to her costumes and new designs. For her first 3 albums she worked with Vocaloid Producer Iori Kanzaki as the primary composer. In 2021 she started a side project to her solo work entitled "Suite" in which she would work with artists across various genres. In 2022 she became the first VTuber to perform at the Nippon Budokan. She is also a member of the virtual singer group V.W.P -Virtual Witch Phenomenon- alongside other members of the Kamitsubaki Studio label, Phenomenon Record. She provided the voice model for CeVIO AI Song's voicebank KAFU, released in July 2021.
