Pikes Peak Writers Conference Badge and Pass Transfer Policy Conference badges, which allow for admission to conference sessions, are non-transferable unless prior permission is given by either the conference director or conference administrator. Refund Policy Please review our cancellation policies to ensure there are no surprises if you need to cancel your Pikes Peak Writers Conference registration. Payment Plan Policy If you plan on taking advantage of our payment plan registration system, please review the full policy regarding this plan. Consignment Policy If you intend on selling books at Pikes Peak Writers Conference, please read the bookstore consignment policy to ensure you are prepared to work with our wonderful bookstore staff. Because of space considerations, we can’t accept all books from everyone, so before you haul books to PPWC, ensure you know what is accepted and what is not. Underage Attendees For all Pikes Peak Writers events, including, but not limited to, Pikes Peak Writers Conference, Write Brains, Open Critique, and Writer’s Night, attendees must be age 16 or older. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent sign a waiver in the presence of a Pikes Peak Writers volunteer to allow their minor attendance.
