wionews date and authors

edit: I might be wrong about timezone calculations and that +5:30 and AM/PM thing. But I would keep this json value since it looks more consistent unlike spans.

Please be carefull reviewing this because I don't want to win if this is wrong

Its better to use json in the body of a post to set date and author. Its very reliable and it's easy to pick information from.

The div with new-loc-date-stamp class at the top of every article that contains random indistinguishable spans is not reliable
