In this case, due to different geographical locations, we had to create 2 different environments: one client/server environment for the production unit and another one for the sales office. On the factory side all the CNC enabled machines are running under Ra Workshop CNC Add On control: Elumatec SBZ 608 (machining center), Elumatec SBZ 610 (cutting center) and Sturtz (welding). When you are manufacturing hundreds of windows and doors per day, the system reliability and accuracy becomes very important. The project was completed in 10 working days with a team having 5 members (2 from Ra Workshop, 1 from Murat, 1 from Aluplast and 1 from Roto Frank). ACT Joinery & Building Since 1999 Act Joinery has been manufacturing traditional timber windows and doors for both trade and retail customers. They have maintained the highest level of quality at all times. Act Joinery is a small Adelaide business that strives for quality over quantity and focuses on attention to detail. This is one of the most complex timber database we’ve done so far. In order to accomplish this, we have sent one of our technical guys to Australia to work directly with the Act Joinery team. The project was completed in 5 working days and it was a big success. By big success we mean that sales sky rocket. In 2015, the customer scheduled a new session in order to extend the product range. Currently we are waiting for the customer to buy a machining center in order to move this project to a new level.
