After much reexamining, we now proudly present to you Herman Miller’s remastered Aeron Chair. Aeron was originally designed by Bill Stumpf and Don Chadwick and launched in 1994. Though a pioneer of ergonomic design, the science of sitting has been ever evolving. While retaining the essence of an icon, Aeron has been remastered from the casters up thanks to its original co-designer Don Chadwick. Using the same foundation, Herman Miller alongside of Don Chadwick have created a whole new Aeron.
With new features like 8Z Pellicle™ for zonal pressure distribution and aeration, in addition to PostureFit SL™ for adjustable sacral and lumbar support, it’s just the start. Aeron is equipped with intuitive adjustments for optimal comfort and customization as well as holistic material palettes to enhance modern environments. Meaning, the modern office chair just got a whole lot more comfortable and stylish. Healthier, smarter, stronger, this is the new Aeron. Aeron now features eight latitudinal zones across the seat and back. These zones help to vary the tension, while delivering a more comfortable, ergonomic support. The 8Z Pellicle™ also helps you stay cool, by allowing air, body heat, and water
vapor to pass through the seat and backrest. This increase in aeration allows your skin to maintain an even and comfortable temperature. The PostureFit SL™ provides you with the feel of natural movement. Equipped with adjustable sacral and lumbar support, these individual pads imitate a healthy standing position.
