"CHECK STITCHING VERY CAREFULLY (Sept 2014) solves mystery?" - By (Huntington Beach, CA USA) There were problems with the stitching that we didn't notice on the first one (didn't know what to look for - everything "looked fine"). Put it on bed. Used it but when changing out sheets, I noticed many broken threads on the mattress topper. Company quickly sent #2 replacement. BUT the #2 replacement topper stitching is not good -they have stitched over folded material in many different places. It is clear that when you go to sleep on this topper, it will stretch out the folded areas and break the thread. They are sending #3 replacement.
