Agreement on the construction of a wind energy building in Vietnam 

The W.E.T.E.R. project is to develop innovative wind energy complexes similar to the patented technical solution of a building generating electricity using wind energy. The wind energy complex is formed by a combination of a building with a vertical-axis wind power plant, which generates electricity from a renewable energy source - the wind. Such a technically challenging complex appears to be widely used in urban planning and power engineering as an energy-saving facility of dual purpose and an additional source of electricity, which determines its prospects and demand. 

The W.E.T.E.R. project received a new vector of development on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a state in Southeast Asia on the Indochinese Peninsula. After a number of presentations of the project and the invention, business meetings in Vietnam of D. Tiaglin and representatives of WETER LLC, the business community has shown interest in the proposal to build a wind energy complex, which is now beginning to be expressed in agreements of cooperation. 

On August 17, 2022, in Hanoi, an agreement was reached between the General Director D. Tiaglin, representing WETER LLC, and the Chairman of the Board of Phu Thai Real Estate Group (PTStar Group) Joint Stock Company, Mr. Pham Thanh Binh, on cooperation for the design and construction of Vietnam's first wind energy building, developed under the W.E.T.E.R. project. 

This agreement tentatively defines the powers of WETER LLC and PTStar Group. PTStar Group provides the land plot for construction and arranges for the design and construction of the wind power complex building. WETER LLC is positioned to be responsible for the design and construction of the complex's wind power plant. Provision is made for the granting of funds for the production of contracted (subcontracted) design and manufacturing (construction) works by organizations of the relevant profile and competence for the implementation of the tasks set by the parties to the agreement. W.E.T.E.R LLC is additionally the executor of the architectural solution of the wind power complex, which will be prepared by December 2022, it is subject to approval by the state authorities of Vietnam. 

The agreement defines the rights of PTStar Group to receive income from the use of the wind power complex and the useful properties of the wind power plant that generates electricity. In the first erected complex, the company will manage the registered properties.
