The standard delivery and collection is £30.00, for Cambridge City centre and Colleges there is an additional charge of £15.00 (i.e.£45.00 in total). For venues outside of a 25 mile radius an additional charges will apply. If the hired goods are not packed in the bags provided, ready for collection a standard charge of £25.00 will be applied.The loss/damage deposit of £50 will be issued within 30 days of the event date by cheque. Charges for missing or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.

If the venue are unable to move the chairs between rooms we may be able to move and reset our chair covers and sashes from your Ceremony room to your Reception room by prior arrangement.
