3. Each prospective bidder proposing to bid for this project must submit a Registration Certificate for GC-3 or RC-3 and above, Renewed Business License for 2012 EC. VAT. Registries Tax Payer Registration and Tax
4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a wide application to the above address And payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300(Three Hundred) for each set of the document starting from the first appearance of this advertisement on the Ethiopian Herald for the coming 15 days. The final submission date and opening of the Bid proposals will be on the 16th date of this announcement on The Ethiopian Herald at 08:00 AM & 08:30 AM local time respectively. Construction of BUCHI Riva Bridge Project Bid Document All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 300,000 (Three hundred Thousand only). The bid security shall be payable on demand to the Enterprise, and most be Certified Payment Order (CPO) only.
The bid along the bid security must be delivered to the ODA BULDIGLU WEREDA PO Box ----ODA BULDIGLU on/before the date and time specified
5.B be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to and as the Rural Roads Authority's New Hall Office. If the 16 date of this announcement lies on a weekend or an Holyday, the opening date will be the next working day while the time remains the same.
The destruction of the work shall be completed within 240 calendar days from commencement of works,
