Admin write in the other template after my template reject:
"Although supporting <img> inside <a> is possible, supporting <img> inside all kinds of headers sounds unreasonable. Not critical issue"

But at this case tag <a> with img in tag <a> with text link. Can the administrator not fully understand the problem? My template supporting <img> inside <a> normal. But this case is rare bug (article 15.04.2018).
