By using the vNum Telegram bot, website or API you agree to everything below. Please read it once — it takes two minutes and saves arguments later. 🙂

🟢 1. What vNum is

vNum is an OTP verification number service. We rent you a temporary Indian mobile number, deliver the SMS verification code that arrives on it, and the job is done.

What we offer:

📲 Temporary numbers for one-time OTP / SMS verification
🔁 Multi-OTP on selected servers (more than one code on the same number while the order is open)
🔑 A developer / reseller API for the same service
🎁 A referral programme

What we do not offer: WhatsApp verification numbers (by policy — see section 8), rented numbers for days or weeks, ready-made accounts, or anything outside OTP delivery. Please don't ask support for these.

📦 2. Orders, delivery & refunds

⏱️ Every order has a timer shown in the bot. If no OTP arrives before the timer ends, the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically — nothing to claim.
✅ Once an OTP has been delivered to you, that order is complete and cannot be refunded, even if the code was not used, arrived late, or the target app rejected it.
🚫 On servers that support it, you may cancel a number that has not yet received a code (the Ban button). Some servers only allow this after a short wait; the bot tells you when. A cancelled number is refunded once the server confirms it.
📵 Numbers are single-use and are given to you as received from the network. We cannot guarantee that a particular app will accept a particular number — see section 6.
🔄 If a number is refunded, it may be offered again later to you or another customer. Never rely on a refunded number.

💳 3. Wallet & deposits

💰 The wallet holds points. Points are used only to buy services inside vNum.
🏦 Deposits are made through the payment methods shown in the bot (UPI, USDT and others as available). Pay exactly the amount shown, within the time shown, to the account shown — payments with a different amount, a reused reference, or made after the order expired may not be matched automatically and need manual review.
🚷 Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, or converted back into cash. A deposit is final.
🧾 If a correct payment was not credited, contact support with the transaction reference (UTR / TxID). Credits are made only after the payment is verified on our side.
⚠️ Never send money to an account or link that did not come from the bot. We are not responsible for payments made elsewhere.

🎁 4. Referral programme

👥 Share your referral link from the bot. When a referred user makes a successful deposit, you receive the bonus percentage shown in the bot, credited as points.
🧮 Bonuses are calculated and credited automatically; they cannot be requested manually, back-dated, it can be paid in cash.
🕵️ Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referred accounts created only to farm bonuses are treated as abuse: bonuses are reversed and all accounts involved may be blocked.
🔧 The bonus percentage and rules may change at any time; the value in the bot at the time of the deposit is the one that applies.

🔌 5. API & resellers

🔑 Your API key is tied to your account and your wallet. Everything bought through the key is your responsibility, including anything your own customers do with it.
📣 If you resell vNum numbers, you must pass these same rules on to your buyers — especially the no-refund-after-OTP rule and the prohibited-use rules.
🤖 Automated abuse of the API — hammering out-of-stock services, mass cancellations, scraping, or anything that degrades the service for others — may be rate-limited or blocked without notice.
🧯 API outages, upstream provider changes and format changes are announced when we can, but the API is provided as-is (section 10).

🌐 6. Third-party apps & networks

🎯 The numbers come from telecom networks and upstream suppliers we do not control. Whether a specific app (Google, Amazon, Meesho, Telegram, etc.) accepts a number is decided by that app, not by us.
❌ "The app said the number is already used / invalid / not allowed" is not a refund reason if an OTP was delivered. If no OTP arrives, the timer refund applies as normal.
📉 Stock and prices change through the day because our suppliers change theirs. The price shown at the moment you buy is the price you pay.

🆘 7. Support

💬 Support is available through the Support button in the bot.
⚙️ Support can check payments, orders and refunds — but it cannot override the automatic rules: no refunds for delivered OTPs, no manual number additions, no cash-outs.
🕒 Replies may take time during busy hours. Please send your order number or payment reference in the first message — it makes everything faster.

🚔 8. Prohibited use

Using vNum for any of the following gets your account blocked immediately, without refund of the remaining balance, and we will co-operate with lawful investigations:

🛑 Scams, fraud, phishing, extortion, or impersonating other people or businesses
🛑 Spam, bulk fake-account creation, or evading a platform's ban
🛑 Hacking, unauthorised access, or harming any person or service
🛑 Any activity that is illegal where you live or where the number is registered

🙅 WhatsApp verification is not sold on vNum. This is a deliberate decision because WhatsApp numbers are the most common tool for scams. Please don't request it — it will not be added.

You are solely responsible for what you do with a number. We only deliver the SMS.

🛑 9. Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, for breaking these terms, for suspected fraud or payment abuse, or if required by law. A blocked account's balance is forfeited where the block is due to prohibited use.

⚖️ 10. No warranty & limitation of liability

🧱 The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that any number, server or app will work at a given moment, that OTPs will arrive within a certain time, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
💸 Our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (which is what the automatic refund returns).
🚫 We are not liable for account bans on other platforms, lost business, missed opportunities, or any indirect loss arising from the use — or unavailability — of a number.

🔐 11. Data & privacy

🗂️ We store what is needed to run the service: your Telegram ID, wallet ledger, orders, the numbers you rented and the SMS text delivered to them, and payment references. This is kept for security, fraud prevention and accounting.
🔎 SMS texts delivered to you are visible to us because they pass through our system. Do not use temporary numbers for anything you would not want logged.
🤝 We do not sell your data. We share it only when required by law or to investigate abuse.
🧠 Keep your API key and Telegram account secure. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.

🔄 12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published at this link; continued use of vNum after a change means you accept it. Big changes are announced in the bot or our channel when possible.

🏛️ 13. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Any dispute will be handled first through support; if that fails, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
