I would think from scooting the chair the fabric will wear through the ends of the 4 legs. And are they washable? Q: The fabric appears to be very thin and you can see right through it. If you get the white, how are you supposed to properly cover chairs that may be of color or in a "not so great" shape? 3/3/2011Bella Ft. Leavenworth, KS A: I am a party planner and I recommend that you get a box of large garbage bags, place one garbage bag over each chair before you covver it with the white chiar cover, You wont be able to see a thing. This is the same method used when wearing white, you must wear black uder garments. Its an eazy fix and it can bee very inexpensive if you can get the bags from a local 99 cent store.
