Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate

Kusto Group's Koktobe City was the first project in Kazakhstan that was granted an Japanese expert certificate for earthquake safety.

Construction of Kusto Group’s Koktobe City project is underway and will be completed by the second half of 2023.

The holding company from the world is building a city within a city outside of the Kazakhstani capital, Almaty.

The European-inspired development includes residential properties, supermarkets.

How Koktobe City can overcome earthquakes

Since it was founded on Finnish educational concepts, the Koktobe City School was also inspired by Europe. Jani Ristimaki is a Finnish architect designed the school.

Each sport has its own space within the school. They also have rooms that can be used for various activities, such as singing, drawing, and playing instruments.

They can be used by the school for leisure time activities after hours.
