There are so many options for customizing to match your organization's demands, and when bespoke programming was required, it was reasonable and completed quickly. We looked at numerous options, tool tracking and this one stood out as the most cost-effective. We also like the ability to create customized reports, upload big groupings of data, and search for information in a variety of ways. We track not only technology, but also some of our other department's things like clothes and tools, thanks to the Categories. I really like the "bin item" feature for consumables that won't have their own asset tags.
