We certainly aren t going to tell just yet, but it sounds like we ll be seeing something we have known all this time, a look at early footage in the teaser.

On the official word of mouth for the teaser we have to say, it looks like we ll see the teaser in theaters today so we can get our impressions on what the film is all about for us. The trailer is a teaser with an entire new beginning. The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King feature two new characters, Bilbo Baggins and Rohan Aragorn…and that s it.

The trailer explains what it s saying with a lot of the same details as the first theatrical footage, but with this being an official trailer, where we would now like to say that The Hobbit has been completely re-imagined… and this is an amazing way to introduce fans to the series. It would be great to see what you guys are going to be watching with some original footage from earlier on.
