4. In-App Purchases: Tik offers in-app subscriptions that provide additional features and content. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms associated with your selected subscription plan. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Subscription Plans: You can choose from various subscription plans, including weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime options. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
6. Billing: Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Payment will be processed through your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damage to your device or loss of data.
8. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Tik are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
