1. Definitions

"The Bot" refers to the Telegram Bot TalePayBot (@talepaybot), including its services, mini app, features, and related functionality.

"The Mods" refers to Tale Stars and Tale Royale, including any associated modifications, services, features, or content provided under these names.

"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator(s) of The Bot and The Mods.

"User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses The Bot or The Mods.

This Privacy Policy is applied together with the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using The Bot, The Mods, or any of our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective once published. Continued use of our services means you accept the new policy.

3. What Information Do Our Services Collect and How We Use Them?

3.1. Data collected by the Bot

Your public Telegram information such as User ID and Username. This is used to link your balance and other data in the bot to you.
Data related to our activation system (activation slots, statuses, usage logs).
The date users started the bot, the date of purchases, and the date of activations.
IP addresses and a browser fingerprint (derived from browser and device characteristics such as screen resolution, language, and timezone) of those who accessed the Mini App. This data is used to identify unique sessions, improve security, and prevent abuse.

3.2. Data collected by the Mods

Device information: Activations in the Mods are device-based, so your device information, such as model and manufacturer, is used for our activation system. No private device data (such as IMEI) is stored or can be stored within this information.

Login dates and activation status.
Your game account's public tag starting with #. To help users if any activation-related or server-related issue occurs.

We do not sell user data. Some limited data may be processed by third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating our services.

5. Data Storage

5.1. Your data is stored securely, and we take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access or misuse.

5.2. We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide and maintain our services.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency. We do not collect or store payment or billing information and we do not have access to such data. Payments made via Telegram Stars are processed entirely by Telegram, and we only receive confirmation of successful payment. For cryptocurrency payments, we may have access only to technical transaction data, such as wallet address, transaction ID (TXID), and payment amount.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
