Resort Residences is close to the Philippine International and Domestic airports.The condo unit keys will be provided to the guests on the day of check-in. The same is required to be given back on the day of the check-out. A Php 2000 refundable deposit is requested from the guests on the day of the check-in. This will be refunded on the day of the check-out.We advise our guests to consider our Azure Urban Residences condo as their own that's why we appreciate that the airconditioning and lights be turned off if there is no one in the unit. Smoking may only be done at the balcony. Minimal noise is expected from my guests as a courtesy to those living within the area.Parking is free of charge for the entire duration of stay in the unit.Guests will have access to the man-made beach, wave pool, roofdeck with view of the city skyline, beach bar, coffee shop and Azure spa. 4 guests are allowed to swim for free per day.Azure charges Php 20 per person per day to purchase a wrist tag before swimming.
