I have loved stitching for sixty years and do even more so now that I own three EDMUNDS stitchery frames.

I could not be happier with them since they make it easy and relaxing to work for hours on needlework projects . For smaller projects, I love to use the SIT- ON Stitchery Frame; but for wider projects (20 inches +) I prefer to use the Edmunds Adjustable Table/ Lap Needlework Stand because its two legs support the stretcher bars well, and it lets you work in a relaxed position that does not strain your shoulders. This frame is also ideal for other projects, such as quilting and rug-hooking. For extra wide projects, you can acquire (buy or have made) longer split scroll bars in addition to those that come with this frame; and you will still enjoy the ease with which you can work when your project is attached and fastened into this frame. No holds barred - needlework rules! It's a waste of money! It is totally useless. It's purpose is to hold the fabric firmly so that you can do delicate stitching. I never managed to set the fabric in that wood stand. And it's not like it requires you to know space engineering.

It is a bad joke! Good Value Needlework Lap Frame A lap frame allows you to have one hand above the fabric and the other below. Works like a charm - it's so versatile. Just play with it and it reveals how! Great product would buy again. useful for needle work good work with easy do on your lap as watch tv. Didn't live up to my expectations. I paid 3 times this much for one not near this size cant wait to get this one home and get to work on the quilt I am trying to finish for a Christmas gift It can sit on a table or in my lap. It goes up to 24 inches. It is less expensive than Amazon. I need something to make my needlework more comfortable Good price and good reviews I need it for a large embroidery project I have. I owned one years ago & really enjoyed the ease of stitching various sized designs. It will come in handy with my current super-sized project!! I have arthritis in my hand, it is difficult to stitch for any length of time without increasing pain. I will be nice to be able to stitch without holding the fabric or frame. Hope it will make things go well need an adaptable stand - this one will hold the needlepoint I am working - also getting too old to bend over the floor stands - need one that will sit high enough to let my neck stay erect.
